Although we do not officially leave for our journey until August 16th- the process of preparing has been terrific and challenging. We are the Hohn family-we have recently sold our home and are embarking on a 9 month journey across Canada and United States. Our kids are excited (I think)- despite knowing they are going to be away from their friends and extended family for nearly a year. :( We are sure the experience will be worth it, but we will surely miss our wonderful community!
We are creating this blog as a form of communication between our community and our family. Please feel free to connect with us through this medium...it will make the distance feel less. We will keep you updated on our travels and share our family memories with you.

Fantastic!!! Keep up the great narative. We love and miss you! Stay safe and enjoy the trip...by the way I can't get over how much the children have grown(will send pictures of Joshua and Amelia soon)
